We absolutely loved this video about “Pehchaan”, or “the discerning eye of a connoisseur”. It’s full of beautiful imagery of the process of quilt-making in India, from the first delicate sketches, the carving of wooden blocks, the dyeing and the printing, right through to fine hand-quilted embroidery.
The narrator guides us gently through the gorgeous fabrics, explaining that Pehchaan to her means:[pullquote align=center]
